The leader of the indigenous People Of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu, displayed his full royal regalia as the prince of Biafra.
the pro-Biafra leader could be seen in the outfit while holding a royal fan that bore the colours identified with Biafra.
A source within the Kanu Family told news men that the royal Regalia was a gift from IPOB supporters from Owerri zone.

The source said it was "a welcome gift from the Owerri Zone."
"The gift was given to Kanu to reinforce the princely status of the IPOB leader because the world is unaccustomed to the fact he is a Prince."
